Noma Bistro by Al-Amir

Noma Bistro by Al-Amir is a great place for healthy Mediterranean food in Columbia. They are located in the North Main area (NOMA) just across from Rambo’s Fat Cat Biscuits. It’s pretty cool to see this area getting a few great restaurants!

You’ll find several appetizers on Noma Bistro’s menu like hummus, baba ghanouj, dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) and even spicy feta dip. They have several wrap options like a lamb or chicken gyro, chicken shawarma wrap and even a steak philly wrap. Entrees include a falafel platter, chicken or lamb shawarma and a gyro platter. Their food is halal and locally sourced. And it’s all very fresh and healthy tasting!

If the name Noma Bistro by Al-Amir sounds familiar, perhaps you are thinking of Al-Amir which was previously in downtown Columbia on Main Street. Before that it was in the current Arabesque on Devine location.
